Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to fluctuate our prices at any time. The price you agree to pay is confirmed at time of booking and is non-negotiable.
All online bookings are subject to availability and only become a confirmed booking once the reservation has been confirmed to you by email, usually within 24 hours.
It is our policy that all guests wishing to pay by cash for their stay and extras must provide photographic ID upon arrival at the Hotel.
Any booking on an Advance Purchased rate will be required to produce a valid form of ID. Acceptable ID must be a Passport or Full Driving Licence
Any guest that pre-authorises a credit or debit card, but still wishes to pay cash at the end of their stay, must also provide photographic ID at the time of check in. If you fail or refuse to provide photographic ID you will be refused entry to the Hotel.
You can only make a booking if you are 18 years old or over. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 18 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone. We may require photo ID as proof of age.
The Hotel may cancel the booking (A) if the Hotel or any part of it is closed due to circumstances outside its control (B) if the Client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership (C) if the Client is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment to any Hotel in the Emina Estates or Galleon Hotels Group (D) to avoid a breach of these conditions, or (E) if it might prejudice the reputation of, or cause damage to, the Hotel, (F) if the Client is abusive to Emina Estates staff. In such event the Hotel will refund any advance payment made but will have no further liability to the Client. (G) The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation(s) prior to 90 days in advance without reason.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and guarantee your reservation at time of booking.
Full payment is taken at the time of booking for all Special offer rates and late availability rates. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Vouchers can only be used as part payment towards your stay when booking by telephone through Reservations, please call (number at the top of this page).
All text and pictures shown on our websites are only a reflection of the rooms we have, shape and sizes of the rooms will differ as they are not all the same. They are sample picture of the many different rooms that we have within the hotel and do not guarantee this is a room you will get when booked.

The Management reserves the right to amend the contents of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Dog Terms and Conditions
Well behaved dogs are welcome at The Olde Bell and there is no additional charge. There is a maximum of two dogs per room, and we must be notified at the time of booking.
In the interests of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we would appreciate it if you could kindly adhere to the following guidelines:
- Please let us know when you book that you will be bringing your dog with you
- Dogs must not be left unattended in hotel bedrooms for prolonged periods of time
- Please keep dogs on a lead at all times whilst in the hotel and hotel grounds
- Dogs are allowed in certain bedrooms, the main bar, gardens and public areas, however they are exempt from the main restaurant
- The Hotel does not supply dog beds, towels or food. Please ensure you bring adequate supplies
- Please do not allow your dog to foul the hotel car park or grounds
- The dog owner will be liable should any damage be sustained to the hotel property and charges will be issued on or after departure
- Unacceptable behaviour, including excessive noise, will not be tolerated
