Restaurant
"Winner of Best Restaurant overall and Best Restaurant Interior (other space) at the Restaurant and Bar Design Awards"

Eating and drinking is central to the Inn, providing locally sourced food, served simply. Much time and effort has gone into sourcing and building relationships with farmers and producers of quality ingredients to ensure our food is of the best quality.

The restaurant is in the charge of Jolyon Yates, ex-restaurant owner and head chef at a number of luxury hotels around Berkshire. The food concept is overseen by Rosie Sykes (author of The Kitchen Revolution), serves home-cooked, rustic food which displays a generosity of spirit in both flavour and portions! The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (excluding Sunday night) while the bar serves food daily from noon until 10pm, from ploughmans lunches, afternoon teas to more substantial meals. Olde Bell visitors can enjoy home roasted spiced nuts or cheese straws at the bar with a pint of the local Rebellion ale, organic ginger beer and traditional lemonade or an eldeflower fizz.
