Meetings at The Olde Bell

The Olde Bell has many elements to its offering, enabled by its layout of separate auxiliary buildings. Come mid-week, The Malt House and The Tithe Barn, both on the grounds of The Olde Bell, are a hive of corporate gatherings. Hosting meetings from 10 to 150 delegates, with 50 bedrooms, a proximity to both London (45 minutes by car) and Heathrow (20 minutes by car) and beautiful rural surroundings, The Olde Bell offers a style of meeting unique from any other. The inn is adaptable and social, allowing flexibility and creativity, encouraging your employees to think differently away from a standard corporate environment. The Olde Bell offers state of the art technology, complimentary wifi throughout and individually designed rooms, all with break-out options.

The Tithe Barn
The Tithe Barn is a 16th century Tudor barn with original beams and high ceilings. Carefully restored, this is the ideal venue for larger conferences and events and impressive boardroom style meetings. Located in a standalone building with its own bar and secluded courtyard, The Tithe Barn offers the required privacy for large scale, confidential meetings.

The Malt House
Next door to the main inn is The Malt House, a large detached Victorian house. The Malt House has 14 bedrooms and five separate meeting spaces – hosting meetings from 10 to 45 delegates. The five individually designed meeting rooms offer complete flexibility with breakout options, a private bar and their own garden. The entire house with all 14 bedrooms is available to hire on an exclusive basis – perfect for director level groups staying 24 hours or more.

Christmas
The Olde Bell is now taking bookings for Christmas. With roaring log fires, exposed beams, wintery walks and beautiful countryside The Olde Bell’s private dining rooms can host Christmas parties in the enormous Tithe Barn or the more intimate rooms in the Malt House.
