The Olde Bell's kitchen team serve simple, rustic, fantastic quality food which displays a generosity of spirit in both flavour and portions. Servings dishes such as braised belly of blythburgh pork, chorizo, spaetzle, wilted spinach and crisp gressingham duck leg confit, jersey royal and watercress salad. Much time and effort has gone into sourcing and building relationships with local farmers and producers of the best ingredients, creating seasonal and constantly changing menus. Eating at the Inn
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner while the bar serves food daily from noon until 10pm. The restaurant is open between 12.30pm and 2.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm to 4pm on Sundays for lunch and 6pm to 9.45pm Monday to Saturday for dinner. For weekdays only, feast on a special 2 course lunch for £12 per head.
Summer Kitchen Open
From now until September, when the sun is shining, dine off the weekend Summer Kitchen in the meadow garden, with an enormous rotisserie, a kamado oven and a grill cooking locally sourced meats and fishes all served with produce from the kitchen garden. Home-made picnics are also available for residents.
